FEES
Medicrew is a Private and Mixed Billing practice. DVA, Aged Care Pensioners and Children 5 years and under, may be eligible for discounted concessional billing (weekdays only). Billing is at the discretion of your GP or NP – please speak with reception prior to your appointment if there is an issue.
Fees vary depending on the length of your consultation – call the practice prior to your appointment if you have any questions about fees or for an estimate.
All weekend / public holiday appointments will be private billing for all patients.
LONG APPOINTMENTS
Immunisations, Skin Checks, Cervical Screenings, Insurance paperwork, Procedures, Iron Infusions, Multiple or complex issues and Care Plans cannot be booked online. If you would like to book an appointment for one of these services, please contact the practice directly and request a long appointment.
DID NOT ATTEND
Failure to attend an appointment may result in a fee being applied to your account. Please be considerate and let us know if you cannot make your appointment. It’s easy to ring up and cancel and it helps by making a slot available for other patients.
NEW MOTHER / BABY CHECKS
New mums require a standard 15 minute appointment but new babies require a double appointment (30 minutes). Long consultations cannot be booked online. Please call the clinic to schedule appropriate appointments for you and your baby.
